Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Personal Assistant (SPA):-Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, English Shorthand speed of at least 110 w.p.m., an English Typewriting speed of at least 40 w.p.m. on a computer, and have a good working knowledge of computer applications.
- Personal Assistant (PA): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, English Shorthand speed of not less than 100 w.p.m., an English Typewriting speed of not less than 40 w.p.m. on a computer, and hold good working knowledge of computers.

Selection Process
Both posts follow a four-stage selection process – English Typing Test, English Shorthand Test, Main (Descriptive) Examination, and Interview.
For Senior Personal Assistant

The final merit list is prepared by adding marks from Stage II, III, and IV; Stage I (Typing Test) is qualifying only. Ties are resolved in order: Stage II marks, then Stage III marks, then Stage IV marks, then date of birth (older candidate preferred). No exemption from any stage, including Typing and Shorthand tests, is given to any candidate, including PwBD candidates; there is no provision for a scribe or compensatory time for PwBD candidates in this recruitment.
