Eligiblity Criteria
- FLC Counsellor: Retired officers from SBI / other PSBs / RRBs (Scale I to IV). Retired clerical staff of SBI may be considered if officers are not available.
- FLC Director: Retired officers from SBI / other PSBs / RRBs who retired in Scale III or IV.
- Proficiency in local language is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of computers is required.
- Candidate must possess a smart mobile phone.

Salary
- Engagement on Contract Basis
- Up to 3 Years or till attainment of 65 Years of age, whichever is earlier
Monthly Remuneration
- Clerical (SBI) : Rs 30,000/-
- JMGS-I : Rs 40,000/-
- MMGS-II / MMGS-III : Rs 45,000/-
- SMGS-IV : Rs 50,000/-
